How can I track my order?

Please allow for 24 hours processing time. Once your order is processed, you receive a  shipping notification email containing your package tracking information. The tracking number will update within 24-48 hours and you can track it via email or here in our tracking tab.  Please be aware that COVID-19 has affected the mailing services deeply and we can no longer give shipping guarantees.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order until the order has shipped. Contact info@odditbrand.com with your order number and your order will be processed for cancellation

What kind of shipping/packaging materials do you use?

Bubble Mailers, Cardboard boxes, Eco-Friendly packing peanuts, packing tape and Eco-Friendly labels. You are encouraged to reuse all materials

What is Oddity Brand’s return policy?

If your items are damaged or broken please email info@odditybrand.com with your order number and photo documentation of the item. An assessment of the item will be processed.

For returns: Returns are accepted if the item(s) are unopened, unused, not damaged, and in original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable. Recipients must pay to ship items back and the refund will be issued upon verification of the conditions above. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product after this timeframe returns and refunds are not eligible.
